The folks at 77 took great care of my car. They got multiple necessary repairs done for me very quickly so I could get back to work on time! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, and walk you through what is best for your specific car. I will be using them for everything going forward-you should, too.

The nicest people, but I have been 3 times now and they have yet to get to my car and/or complete the work in a reasonable timeframe. The first time I made an appointment and got there only to be told the technician they needed wouldn’t be in until Monday. Then the second appointment I called at 430 looking for an update for the work that was supposed to happen at 11. They hadn’t gotten to it, and when they did they couldn’t get any codes off my 2020 Pacifica. The final time I needed my inspection. Set up an appointment for 1. Dropped off early per their request at 10. Got there at 430 after calling four times to get an ETA. They hadn’t started and wouldn’t be able to until the next day at the earliest. Such nice people, I really wanted a neighborhood place to take my car.

I am delighted that I choose to have #77 Auto Repair, Inc. repair some transmission issues on my truck. Their customer service is top notch. Their check in process is smooth and efficient. They provided an estimate only for repairs that were absolutely necessary at a fair price. That’s not to say that they overlook needed repairs. They will give you a heads up if repairs need to be done in the near future. The work was completed within the time estimated and I have experienced no issues with the transmission so far. Lastly they do a great job with follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the repair. #77 Auto Repair will be my go to shop for auto repair in the future until further notice.

I had an excellent experience at this mechanic shop. The service was professional, fast, and very affordable. He took the time to fully explain what was going on with my car and made sure I understood the issue before starting any work. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about his customers. It’s not easy finding someone you can trust with your vehicle, but this shop definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest service and reasonable prices!

I had an excellent experience with #77 Auto Repair. They were actually the third shop I visited after getting much higher estimates elsewhere—$2,400 from Chapel Hill Tire and $1,650 from Atlantic Tire. My final bill with #77 Auto Repair was only $1,300, which was very reasonable for the work completed. What really stood out was their willingness to work directly with my warranty company. As many people know, warranty companies can be difficult to deal with, but Autherine went above and beyond to coordinate everything and helped get my car repaired quickly so I could get back on the road. Their integrity, empathy, and true commitment to customer service made a huge difference. Some shops advertise great service but then charge exorbitant prices—this was not the case here. I highly recommend # 77 Auto Repair for honest, efficient, and fairly priced service.
